Course Description
The Catholic Business Accelerator (CBX) for start-ups is an intensive 6 month 1-on-1 coaching program to launch your business.
The CBX helps Catholic-owned businesses grow to the size the business owner wishes at an accelerated pace. The CBX also helps Catholics to start new businesses at an accelerated pace. Hence the name "accelerator."
We need to be fully Catholic as business owners. We also need to be smart business owners. Just because we are Catholic does not mean that we are pushovers. It does not mean that we don't make a profit. The Catholic CEO firmly believes that, in the economy in which we live, profit is critical to a thriving business. Without it, we have no business. Without Catholic businesses, our Catholic influence lessens. The Catholic CEO team wants as many faithful Catholics to own successful businesses as possible.
The CBX is one means in which we accomplish this goal. A cohort of the Catholic Business Accelerator is launched a few times per year. Each business in the cohort has 1-on-1 meetings with Henry Kutarna, The Catholic CEO on all aspects of business.
The CBX runs for approximately 6 months to begin and end each cohort. This is a fixed term. No commitment or pressure to continue with The Catholic CEO in any way beyond the term of the cohort. We begin and end each cohort on significant liturgical dates. Each cohort has a maximum of 10 participants. We are not doing this to make lots of money. We are doing this to make strong Catholic businesses. The charge is to ensure we still are compensated for our time, but also to ensure we work with Catholics who are serious about their business.
